Low coolant level warning light
A light that shows the engine coolant level is low.
How to read it
Ram’s manual draws it as a coolant reservoir with liquid inside and lists it among its yellow warning lights: it comes on to show the coolant level is low. Volkswagen uses one red coolant light for a low coolant level, a high coolant temperature or a fault in the coolant system. It isn’t the coolant temperature warning light, though some makers combine the two.

Yellow or red
Ram shows the low coolant level light in yellow. Volkswagen’s combined coolant light is red, and Volkswagen’s page tells drivers to stop when it comes on.
