No right turn sign
A right-turn arrow inside a red circle with a slash. Right turns are prohibited at that intersection.

How to read it
The red circle and slash mean the movement pictured inside is not allowed, as California's and Florida's handbooks describe it. The MUTCD places at least one sign over the road or at a right-hand corner of the intersection.
