One way sign
An arrow sign reading ONE WAY. Traffic on that street or road may travel only in the direction of the arrow.

How to read it
The MUTCD uses it on streets and roads where vehicles may travel in one direction only, and places it parallel to the one-way street at every alley and road that meets it. Michigan's manual describes a one-way street as one where traffic flows the same direction in all lanes.
