Toyota's indicator that Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and traction control have been turned off.

How to read it
Toyota's 2024 RAV4 and RAV4 Prime manuals say that when the TRAC, VSC and Trailer Sway Control systems are turned off, the VSC OFF indicator light comes on and "Traction Control Turned OFF" is shown on the multi-information display. VSC is Toyota's name for its vehicle stability control.

Toyota lights vary by model and year. The owner’s manual for the vehicle says what each light means on it, and a Toyota dealer or a qualified mechanic can say what it means for a particular car.
The PCS warning light with it
The 2024 RAV4 manual says the Pre-Collision System is also disabled then, apart from the pre-collision warning, and the PCS warning light comes on.
Look-alikes
The same car with skid marks, without the word OFF, is Toyota's slip indicator light: the manual says it flashes while the TRAC and VSC systems are operating. It has its own page as the stability control light.
