Honda's indicator that Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA), its stability control, has been partly turned off.

How to read it
Honda's 2024 Civic manual says the VSA OFF indicator comes on when the driver partially disables VSA. Honda's manual for the 2020 Civic Type R adds that when the VSA system is off, the traction control system is also off.

Honda lights vary by model and year. The owner’s manual for the vehicle says what each light means on it, and a Honda dealer or a qualified mechanic can say what it means for a particular car.
Look-alikes
Without the word OFF, the same symbol is the Honda VSA system indicator, which blinks while VSA is working.
